Japanese Speaking Customer Relation ExecutiveJob Description:Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities include attending to our Japanese members at the hospital as an interpreter for doctor consultations.
Providing medical support to Japanese members, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
Providing police reporting support as an interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
Handling document and data entry into the computer system in Japanese and English.
Providing general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
Answering phone calls, handling email correspondence, and performing ad-hoc duties.
This role requires 24-hour standby shifts, providing support during non-working hours, weekends, or public holidays by shift.
Job Requirement
Strong Japanese language skills are a must; JLPT N2 and above preferred.
Good proficiency in Japanese, English, and Malay.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
Willingness to travel within Klang Valley.
Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
Expect Saturday as a working day, with two off days per week.
Nature of business: Risk management, medical service communication, and insurance agent.
