Japanese-speaking Senior Service Desk AnalystJob Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for network, hardware and software based on customer needs.
Provide answers to service, product, and technical inquiries for current and legacy products.
Offer proactive support to help reduce the occurrence of issues.
Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Communicate effectively in both writing and speech.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
3-5+ years of relevant technical experience.
Good communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT Level 2/N2 or BJT J3 (advantage)
Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills in Japanese and exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution in technical environments over the phone and email in Japanese.
Knowledge of network, computing hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Familiarity with case management tools.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and work under high pressure environment.
Willingness to work on a staggered normal working schedule and in Petaling Jaya.
