Java Developer (Team Lead)

Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology)
Collaborate with users, clients, and tech teams to address issues, recommend solutions, and support systems.
Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues; conduct testing (unit, integration, system, UAT) and debugging.
Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Work independently or in teams (local/global) to deliver projects on time.
Manage the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
Communicate clearly and deliver innovative solutions for complex problems.
Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionalities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience
Strong experience in Java (Java 8+) and Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
Knowledge of developing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with UNIX and scripting.
Commitment to development best practices.
Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
