âRequirements:

?Minimum Diploma and above

?Proven work experience as an IT practitioner or related experience: outstanding experience

& technical management knowledge and computer hardware/software

?Ability to manage staff

?Good experience in retail

?Good communication skills

?Good at solving problems and making decisions especially in critical situations

?Excellent oral and written communication skills

â Roles and Responsibilities:

?Monitor the daily operations of the Sales & IT department and use strategies for efficiency to analyze their needs and propose appropriate solutions

?Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives

?Manage Sales & IT staff through hiring, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and evaluating their performance

?To liaise with other departments on matters relating to Sales or It

?To maintain a harmonious workplace and good housekeeping

?Foster a positive work environment to reach employees' full potential

?Ensure updates and reports are on schedule

?Exercises high organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
