Job Responsibilities:Help customers find the perfect jewelry pieces (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.)
Offer personalized product recommendations and explain features
Achieve sales goals and maintain an organized display of jewelry
Pawn Services:Evaluate and appraise jewelry and valuables for pawn
Assist customers with pawn loan transactions and explain terms clearly
Ensure all pawn transactions are properly documented and secure
Customer Services:Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers
Build rapport with customers
Requirements:Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in jewelry or retail
Basic knowledge of jewelry and pawn processes is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with people
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed
