**Leads/supervises **consumer mobile-device hardware design and PCB layout designs utilizing standard tools- Directs all aspects of electronics circuit design with mínimal supervision- **Partners with system architects** to review and clarify design requirements and define the appropriate hardware architecture- **Expertly** assemble prototypes, first article bring-up, functional verification and failure analysis- Synergy with component suppliers or solution players in market and **regularly trace their technical roadmap**- **Communicates** technical aspects of a project effectively **to customers**- **Expertise to specify** key parameter of innovations and potential patentable solutions- Leads resolution of complex design issues and manages design changes with trade-offs or at risk**Requirements**:- Hardware Architecture Capabilities to work out multiple functionalities into **mobile devices** **such as LMR(2way Radio), smart-phone, tablet and wearable etc**- Electrical Design Capabilities to develop schematic and bring up support for **innovative Mobile devices**- **SI/PI Analysi**s in design development- **Failure analysis** in manufacturing process- PCB Design knowledge to develop **multi-layer rigid PCB & FPC**- Detailed knowledge and use of key development tools and design standards: Component derating, DFMEA, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, simulation tools, etc.- Ability to review and critique electrical system designs for **availability, quality control, constructability and cost****Education**:- Electrical Engineering Degree (**BSEE/MSEE** or equivalent experience)- **8+ years experience** in embedded hardware design or other key competencyOr an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, TemporaryContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 48 per week**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Flexible hours- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Night shift- Rotational shift
