We have an exciting opportunity available for the following position:
Position:Admin/Maintenance Assistant cum Driver
Work Location:KL Office, Malaysia
Job Description:
Provide administrative and maintenance support to KL Office.
Maintain general office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Assist in organizing events and ensure that the office is presentable and well-maintained at all times.
Perform the role of driver for the Country Manager and other guests as required.
Requirements:
High School Certificate or Diploma preferred.
5-8 years of mixed experience in admin and building maintenance-related roles.
Minimum of 5 years driving experience with a valid driving license.
Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good planning and organizing skills, basic building maintenance knowledge, attention to detail, initiative, and proactiveness.
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
