Requirements:Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate/Certificate in vocational/technical training in any discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of working experience as Senior Operation Technician and/or Construction/Maintenance Supervisor or similar supervisory level.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry.
Shall have experience in managing and ensuring Permit to Work (PTW) compliance, which includes driving safety rules and policies, exercising and promoting the use of Job Hazard Analysis and implementing accident investigation procedures.
Must have a proven track record on Job Hazard Analysis (or equivalent) and Risk Assessment.
Fully competent with Permit to Work (PTW) system and management.
Good knowledge of Site Specific Procedure (SSP), SIMOPS, or risk studies (i.e., Quantitative Risk Assessment).
Familiar with the implementation of the HEMP tools as applied to SIMOPS/concurrent activities on site.
Influential skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, instilling a safety culture within the entire workforce.
Ability to interact with multi-discipline construction workers with minimum supervision.
Having valid BOSIET/TFOET with CAEBS. Provide evidence in the submission.
Have a valid H2S course certificate.
Must be influential and able to communicate at all levels of the organization, instilling a safety culture within the entire workforce.
Ability to demonstrate and provide leadership roles to other team workers with a positive approach and open attitude.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership/influencing skills.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
