**Application Requirement**:- Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing- Call and prepare subcontractor's quotation- Cost estimate for tender- Prepare labour and material budgets for new project- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account- Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment- Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs- Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior- Preferably with min. 3 years of working experience????:Full-time??: RM4,500.00?RM5,500.00(?? )??:- Day shift- Early shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
