Junior Account Executive/ Account Assistant (Urgent)

About the roleWe are seeking a Junior Accounting & Finance Executive to join our team.
The team includes management and colleagues from China, and most of our clients are Chinese-speaking.
Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential for effective communication.
What you'll be doing
Payment Management:
Process payments accurately and timely.
Monitor payment schedules and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Reconcile payments with invoices and receipts.Data Analysis:
Perform financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to support decision-making processes.Accounting Records:
Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.What we're looking for
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Audit experience is a PLUS.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SQL).
Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Education and Experience:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
