Junior Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, assist with documentation, and provide support to the senior accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.Organize and manage accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly recorded.Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting operations and with any assigned tasks.Assist with account reconciliations, including bank and credit card statements.Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior accounting team, including assisting in financial audits and other projects.Help maintain proper filing systems for accounting records to ensure easy retrieval and reference.Assist in month-end closing processes, including posting journal entries and supporting documentation.Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
