Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduates Welcomed)

Job Overview: An established accounting firm located in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, serving clients in Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, as well as candidates with relevant working experience. You will be working with Singapore clients, gaining valuable cross-border exposure and experience. Job Description: Support the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts for clients based in Singapore.Manage accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and related functions.Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual financial reports.Assist in calculating and submitting taxes as per Singapore's tax laws.Liase with clients, auditors, and external parties to facilitate seamless and compliant operations.Help prepare for year-end audits.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is a plus.Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous but not required (training will be provided).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
