Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Financial Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and income.Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements to ensure accurate cash flow records.Invoice Processing: Prepare, issue, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and managing outstanding balances.Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, verifying receipts, and categorizing expenditures appropriately.Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and assist in documentation filing.Assistance with Financial Reports: Support in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.Compliance: Assist with adherence to financial regulations and audit requirements.Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or willingness to learn.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an advantage. However fresh graduated is still welcome Prior internship or experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
