Junior Accountant

**Responsibilities**:- Prepare daily sales data/report accurately- Responsible in assisting Company Accountant for the timely closing of monthly accounts including (AP, AR and JV)- Performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, answering telephones, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.- Assist in liaising with the external auditor, tax agent and company secretary.- Reconciliation of accrual account, prepayment account, and supplier's ledger with Company Accountant guidance- Assist in preparing payment including payment voucher- Assists in handling banking matters / petty cash- Able to do full set accounting is an advantage- Any other task/works as assigned by Company Accountant from time to timeJob requirements:- Computer Proficiency in Excel and Words is a must and advantage if familiarity with basic accounting principles have experience in accounting software.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.- Available to work extended hours to meet tight datelines.**Benefits**:Basic salaryEPF n SOCSO6 days/week job**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
