Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for Accounts Receivable functions and ensuring accuracy and timeliness reporting.Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports, monthly closing and receivable account reconciliations.Responsible for credit application process, performing credit review and credit control.Responsible for generating AR ageing reports to identify critical issues.Responsible for the follow-up of outstanding dues with customers and to resolve any non-payment issues assisted by the supervisor when required.Prepare weekly cash collection forecasts.Assist in implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies for AR functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.Responsible for quarterly GST return submission.Responsible for preparation of AR audit schedules and liaising with auditors.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or completed ACCA Level II.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a MNC/Manufacturing industry.Proficiency in working in any ERP system.Independent, hands-on, meticulous, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of responsibility.Good analytical and communication skills.Team player.Employer Questions:Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia?
