Junior Accounts / Accounts Executive

Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or in a relevant field. (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply)Passion to deal with people internally and externally. Job Responsibilities: -  Review and verify accounting transactions and perform timely posting to achieve high level accuracy of  financial information. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and financial statements. Ensure month-end and year-end closing timeline are met. Undertake relevant reconciliations of accounts to refrain misstatements of balances. Strong attention to detail and analytical skill to assist in analyzing cost fluctuations and related variances. Support the management to resolve and trouble shoot on finance & accounting related matters.  Liaise with external parties / stockholders eg. Bankers / auditors / government authorities, when  required. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. We provide on-the-job training to foster teamwork among our employees.
