They are currently looking for multiple positions of GL Reporting Executive / RTR Record to Report Analyst / Junior Accountant accounts ExecutiveResponsibilities:Application of accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate/timely financial reports & statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.Assist in periodic, monthly, quarterly and year end book closurePreparation of journal entries and other general ledger operationsPreparation of balance sheet account reconciliations and analysisPerforming daily support activities associated with the member firmsFollowing up on reconciliation open items and clearing them in General LedgersWork as a team to achieve Service Level Agreement for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement activities.Focus on performance to meet expected levels in terms of daily quantity and quality standards of work.Support identification and integration of any new technology like SAP, Blackline, etc.
(including the enhancement of platforms for Collections, Finance & Accounting and Billing functions).Liaising and collaborating with other members of the internal finance team and the BusinessKey Requirements:Minimum 1 years of in any relevant accounting field - be it AP , AR , GL / Reporting Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalentSAP knowledge will be great but not requiredAbility to communicate well with excellent client management skills
