Junior Accounts Executive

Job Description: 
To input bank/accounting/journal entry transactions into accounting software.To assist in preparing monthly Management Reports and supporting schedules, i.e. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Reports.Account Receivable - To prepare invoices, issue official receipts, debit note and credit note.Account Payable - To issue payment vouchers and cheques and arrange for signatories.General Ledger - To maintain updated general ledger record.Prepare tax information analysis and assist in compiling the information for transfer pricing.Liaison with external auditors, bankers and tax agents.Filing of accounting records.To perform any other ad hoc duties when needed.Job Requirements:
At least SPM with LCCI/ACCA/CIMA or Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or a related field.Knowledge : Required to know Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and and any computerized accounting packages.Experience: Preferable to have 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or audit experience.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
