Junior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Assistantto perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks.Accounting Assistantresponsibilities include keeping financial records updated and preparing reports for the Accounting Manager.You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.A successful accounting assistantshould be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers.Ultimately, a successful Accounting Assistantwill ensure that the company's daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide accounting and clerical support to the accounting departmentType accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements Reconcile accounts in a timely mannerDaily enter key data of financial transactions in the databaseProvide assistance and support to company personnel Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepanciesInform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areasFunction by established standards, procedures, and applicable lawsConstantly update job knowledge Other assigned duties and task.**REQUIREMENTS**:LCCI Intermediate or another related field.1 year Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerkFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresCompetency in MS Office, databases, and accounting softwareHands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reportsAccuracy and attention to detailAptitude for numbersAbility to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
