Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:Handle company full sets of accounts, periodic management accounts, weekly cash flow reports, and annual financial statements, including tax reviews, in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare tasks related to accounts receivable, including checking receipts, issuance of debit notes, credit notes, contra notes, reviewing aging, collection follow-up, and monitoring subordinate staff to complete their tasks within the timeline.
Prepare tasks related to accounts payable, including checking supplier reconciliations, liaising with suppliers, and reviewing and preparing payments.
Monitor and check cash in hand and bank balances, forecast cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and manage other bank-related transactions, including receipts and alerts on customers.
Monitor inventory balance, check and verify during stock takes, and report findings.
Update and monitor Fixed Assets, Capital Allowance, and Balance Sheet items.
Perform any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualifications:At least 2-4 years of working experience in a similar field.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/LCCI or any relevant field.
