Junior Accounts Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with the management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses for presentation to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

2 years experience
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
