OVERVIEW This is a full-time on-site role for Credit Operations at ZICO Banc Berhad located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Junior Analyst in our Business Division, you will support various financial and analytical functions to drive the company's growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the workforce and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in market analysis, credit assessment, and client relationship management within a dynamic financial environment. Hiring Position : Junior Analyst - Business Division Key Responsibilities : Market Analysis :
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the financial sector. Analyze market data to support strategic business decisions. Prepare detailed market reports and presentations for senior management. Credit Analysis :
Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing wholesale and corporate clients Analyze financial statements and credit reports to evaluate risk. Prepare credit proposals and recommendations for approval. Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and corporate clients. Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Financial Analysis :
Support the analysis of financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of financial models and projections. Provide support in evaluating the financial performance of clients. Work closely with senior analysts and other team members on various projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. Provide administrative and analytical support as needed. Documentation and Reporting :
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing regular reports and updates for management. Job Requirement : Degree in Accounting and/or Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Individuals with 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably with credit evaluation or financial analysis experience, will have an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
