Job Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the complete lifecycle of ERP or project implementations as a team member.
- Prepare project documents, validate business processes, and ensure client requirements are met.
- Train end-users on system functionality and usability.
- Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin with strong learning ability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime if needed.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and adaptable with a positive work attitude.
- Experience or knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Knowledge or experience in HR (Human Resources) is preferred.
- Experience Level: Open to junior and mid-level candidates; salary based on experience.
