Your Responsibilities 2nd level support of various applications (main: Salesforce) Incident reporting and analysis Collaborate with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunities Investigate, resolve and / or escalate tickets reported to the 2nd level Achieve a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation Comply w/ procedures, segregation of duties and service levels Contribute to knowledge management Investigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to entrusted applications (business and process related) Act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business Assessment of the incident / service request Cooperate and communicate with 2nd level support if needed Perform other activities provided by your Team Lead Your Competencies >1 year experience in supporting areas like: Salesforce, CPQ, CRMs Salesforce Admin out of the box functionality knowledge of ticketing systems (ex.
ServiceNow, Remedy) basic knowledge of Sales Cloud basic knowledge of ERP integration (ex.
