Your Responsibilities 2nd level support of various applications (main: Salesforce)Incident reporting and analysisCollaborate with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunitiesInvestigate, resolve and / or escalate tickets reported to the 2nd levelAchieve a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentationComply w/ procedures, segregation of duties and service levelsContribute to knowledge managementInvestigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to entrusted applications (business and process related)Act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the businessAssessment of the incident / service requestCooperate and communicate with 2nd level support if neededPerform other activities provided by your Team Lead Your Competencies >1 year experience in supporting areas like: Salesforce, CPQ, CRMsSalesforce Admin out of the box functionalityknowledge of ticketing systems (ex. ServiceNow, Remedy)basic knowledge of Sales Cloudbasic knowledge of ERP integration (ex.
