Requirement & Qualification
Degree in Business Management or related field.
1-2 years in Food & Beverage industry or any related field.
Good communication skills and creative thinking to improve sales.
Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented person.
Must have a driving license.

Conduct regular meetings with team members.
Monitor owner hub performance, sales, and expiry items.
Handle the provided system.
Assist all walk-in customers and network.
Forecast monthly sales targets.
Set objectives and strategies to meet sales goals.
Submit daily sales reports to admin marketing.
Assist with promotional activities and coordinate with the marketing team to post engaging content for promotions.
Manage the outlet's social media accounts and online presence.
Supervise and review content posted by the admin on media platforms for accuracy.
Ensure all posts align with the outlet's brand image and values.
Assist in creating, verifying, and editing content and copywriting before posting.
Schedule and publish posts for recruitment.
Conduct live sessions, assist the production team, and review their performance during live sessions.
Communicate with customers and network by answering inquiries via WhatsApp and other media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
Monitor online customer reviews and respond appropriately.
Provide solutions to inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction via all media platforms and the support ticket system.
Follow up with customers, Owner Hub, and network to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Verify documents related to supplies from the warehouse and track outlet progress, including equipment maintenance and overall cleanliness.
Ensure accurate stock utilization by the head baker.
Transfer rate card for Hub when promotions start or end.
Renew the outlet's license and fire extinguisher certifications.
Record "Staff Voucher" purchases by the team and deduct from the system as needed.
Ensure compliance with petty cash procedures, maintain records, and submit claim reports to the accounting department.
Recheck sales figures for accuracy, ensuring all cash transactions match system records, and deposit weekly cash sales into the bank.
Ensure all team members receive and renew typhoid vaccinations and complete the Food Handler Training Course.
Manage the registration process for new team members attending the Food Handler Training Course.
Ensure outlet safety by coordinating with pest control.
Verify and reassess any stock discrepancies reported by administrative staff and the head baker, conducting thorough analysis to reduce future losses.
Keep track of supplies, ordering and purchasing new stock as needed, including appliances and equipment.
Collaborate with the supply chain team (Warehouse) to manage inventory effectively.
Monitor Owner Hubs' performance on sales, collateral, and expiry items.
Advise and support Owner Hub by providing solutions that meet HQ's expectations.
Implement regular quality checks to ensure all finished products meet bakery standards.
Ensure bouquets are attractively packaged and presented for sale or delivery.
Monitor production times to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining quality.
Assist with production to meet customer demand when necessary.
Assist and participate in handling pop-up events organized by HQ, including Meet & Greet, BOP, and other activities.
Oversee daily business operations, manage resources efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Address and support the completion of ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Assist with recruitment, conduct interviews, and participate in staff training and development by HQ.
Provide training for the head baker and all team members for new products.
Oversee employee performance and provide feedback.
Provide clear direction and objectives for the team to achieve goals, serving as the link between HQ and the outlet team.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals and address concerns.
Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the team's schedule, including working hours and leave for full-time and part-time staff.
Approve staff's overtime and leave applications on the payroll system.
Recruit new full-time or part-time staff as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
