Responsibilities:Creative Support : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects across various platforms, including FB, IG, WeChat, and XHS.
Department Communication : Proactively approach and collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of creative vision.
Design Production : Juggle design work for all in-house brands, including upstream products & services and downstream FMCG brands, such asTGVYandMOOSAN Durian Club .
Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
Trend Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to keep our creative strategies innovative.
Professional Development : Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Junior Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Understanding & able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus too.
