Junior Assistant Accountant

Contract: 2years (renew)/perm
Expected Salary RM 3.500 - RM 5.000
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Location :office based in Menara TM, Bangsar South
language: mandarin, english, malay
Job Description:
• Maintaining customer accounts
• Posting receipts in a timely manner
• Processing AR refunds
• Prepare monthly statement of account
• Tracking overdue invoices and following up with billing team
• Maintain accurate financial records of receivables transactions
• Responsible for organising, scanning, and filing of documents
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Accounting, Finance, etc.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
