Oversee payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Role Oversee payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Manage SST filing and compliance for Malaysia.
Handle expense claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Must Have Independent, proactive mindset with strong accountability.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven background in accounting and finance.
Detail-oriented with a track record of task ownership.
Nice-to-have Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP).
Experience managing accounts in Malaysia and Singapore.
Level / Grade Report directly to the Finance Director.
100% individual contributor role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
Annual performance review with potential for growth to Senior Finance & Admin Executive or Finance Manager.
