Job Description:
Undertake litigation-based ground works, both in terms of drafting and advocacy works.
Conduct legal research.
Pre-trial preparation and drafting works.
Attend meetings with clients.
Attend case managements, hearings, and trials.
Oversee the management of files under care.
Liaise with clients and Court/Judicial officers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1-2 years' PQE.
Candidates with prior banking litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work under pressure.
Good time management and able to perform a variety of tasks, whether under supervision or independently.
A team player.
Applicants who are available immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be involved in a variety of civil litigation focusing on both banking and general litigation matters under the supervision or guidance of the partner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
