1) Internal Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Input Suppliers' invoices to Accounting softwarePrepare payments to Singapore suppliersPrepare payments to overseas agents (suppliers)Prepare miscellaneous payments, eg. Staff claims, etcReconcile AP balance with GL balanceGenerate AP reports for month-end and year-endIssue ad-hoc sales invoicesIssue yearly renewal sales invoicesInput receipts to offset sales invoicesGenerate AR Ageing report for month-end and year-endUndertake other assignments assigned by superior from time to time 2) PC-literate, proficient in MS Excel and Word
3) Proficient in using MYOB and XERO accounting software will be an advantage
