Junior Baker

**Requirements**:- Highly motivated individuals- Passion for baking- Pastry and baking experience- Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and bakery equipment.- Working experience in kitchen as baker or/& baking preparation- Diploma in baking or related field**Responsibilities**- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation.- Responsible for the preparation and baking of pastries.- Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.- Responsible for the preparation and storage of baking items, in accordance with health and safety regulations.- To maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene according to food safety standards Ingredients.- Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging.- Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.**Job Benefits**- Meal Allowance- EPF & SOCSO- Annual leave**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- baking: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin, English (preferred)
