Junior Business Analyst

**Job scope**:- Gathering relevant data and information from various sources and using analytical tools to analyse and interpret the data for insights.- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on current industry dynamics, competitors' landscape, customer needs and other relevant factors to identify areas for improvement.- Creating reports, charts, and graphs to present findings and analysis in a clear and concise manner.- Cleaning and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis. Keeping detailed records of analysis methodologies, findings and assumptions used in the analysis process.- Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and success.- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.- Assisting in preparing presentations for internal teams and clients, summarizing analysis results and recommendations.**Requirements**:- Having prior experience of Marketing/Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent would be an added advantage.- Strong research and conceptualization skills- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to details and creative thinker- Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements.- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment- Works well with high volume of work, and with projects driven heavily by deadlines- Proficient in relevant tools for the role (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).- Having knowledge in Power BI, Python or Tableau is an adder bonus.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)- English (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
