Junior Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams when necessary.- Liaising between the IT department and the executive branch.- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.- Utilizing the existing data for business insights.- Analysing business needs.- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes and workflows.- Propose and implement process improvements and optimization strategies.- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights.- Sourcing and implementing new business technology as per business requirements- Understanding strategic business needs and growth plans.**Requirements/Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- 2-4 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations like FSD, Use cases and manuals.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Fintech/Banking/Payment: 2 years (required)- BA: 2 years (required)
