Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Butler (Front Office Assistant) at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat serves as a Guest Liaison, supporting the Front Office Department in ensuring the seamless operations and administrations of its functions.
To provide comprehensive support in department operations activities such as reception, welcoming ceremony, check-in/check-out procedures, tour guide, guest and clientele communications, operations coordination and movement, operation setting, transportation and luggage arrangement, and more.
To provide comprehensive support in administration including administrating the Front Office in-house system, guest portfolio management, point-of-sale transaction, filing, managing report generation, and more.
Possess abilities in executing professional and ethical communication on every platform.
Possess abilities in maintaining professional and ethical relationships between stakeholders, employer, colleagues, and third parties.
To provide comprehensive support in the department's financial aspect such as open-close cashiering, asset inventories, claims, procurements, and more.
Possess abilities in adapting to the modernization of systems and workflows according to industrial revolutions.
Perform professional and harmonious working relationships with stakeholders, employer, employees, and third parties.
Strictly adhere to Occupational, Safety, and Health regulations ruled by the authorities and company regulations while performing duties.
Strictly follow rules, regulations, and policies set by the company in every aspect such as grooming standards, rules to live by guidelines, and acts of misconduct guidelines.
Perform any duties or responsibilities assigned by management as required, ensuring they are executed efficiently, to the highest standard, and without failure.
Position Requirements:
5 working days a week with shift-type work schedules.
Certificate, Diploma, Degree (or above) in Hospitality.
Additional certification such as Customer Service, and more.
Fresh graduates or 1-year experience in Front Office Assistant role.
Experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Technology savvy, and more.
To possess and maintain the required skills, knowledge, abilities, and certifications in accordance with applicable international or local standards, as mandated by relevant laws and regulations, and to update them as necessary from time to time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
