Job Descriptions
Plan, direct and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen
Assist in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Plan and supervise kitchen operations in order to achieve business targets
Maintain food quality and improve processes of existing services
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and multi-task
