Assist in organizing documentations for full data set reviewMaintain and keeping data entry up to dateUploading data into online portal (training will be provided)Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and easily

Typing reports, letters, and other business documentsCoordinate with business partner to maintain documents are up to dateAnswering phone callsMaintain general office upkeepOverall office administration REQUIREMENTS No professional qualifications requiredAt least 1-2 years working experienceRequired language (s); Bahasa Malaysia / EnglishBasic knowledge in computer skills and Microsoft OfficeAble to undertake pressure & meet deadlinesMature, honest, trustworthy, punctual, proactive & always maintain a good
working attitude
