**Geography scope**: Onsite for Klang Valley, PJ, KL.**Hybrid Working Style**: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating in-office when needed**Working hours**: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Thursday (minimum 35 hours to make up for the weekend)one day community work on the weekends (Saturdays)**Internship options**:1.Full Internship - 12 weeks and above**Job scopes**:1. You will contribute a large part of your **valuable time **in **learning best practices**, **designing lesson plans **and **coaching youths **with **learning challenges**2. You will sometimes **gamify cognitive behavioural lessons **to help improve **learning behaviours **of students with **learning challenges**3. You will need to be **creative**, **resourceful** and a **fast learner **to come up with customised **learning plans **for your students4. You need to be **active** and a **strong communicator** as you will be **coaching** both remotely and **on-site**5. You will need to have an eye for **language** and **visual design **to aid lesson plans and workbooks designs. You will frequently use software's such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva, at times Adobe InDesign and Photoshop**Job requirements**:**A) Must Have's**:1. Enjoys working with **people** and enjoys **coaching/tutoring/helping **children and or youths to be even better2. Enjoys learning to improve and contribute to the **well-being of others**3. Has strong communication and presentation skills in **English**4. Is proficient in designing using **Microsoft PowerPoint**, Word & Excel, Google Forms and **Canva**5. Currently undergoing either a diploma, degree or post-grad in **Educational Psychology, Counselling, Psychology, Sports Science, Mass Communication **or **Game Design****B) Optional & Desirable**:1. Has coached/worked with someone with learning or mental health challenges2. Has prior experience in preparing lesson plans to tutor or coach others3.
