About the RoleThe Customer Experience department fulfills SWIFT Membership management. This activity combines a wide variety of expertise like legal compliance, legal structure change management, merger & acquisition management, and Know Your Customer (KYC) activities. We are a dynamic group looking to continuously improve the customer experience of our services by meeting and anticipating the client needs. In this context, we are looking for a dynamic candidate to reinforce our Customer Experience team!
What to expect:Your critical mission as a highly motivated team member responsible for:
Data collection and validation process to feed our central database as well as managing the changes submitted by the clients in the frame of Swift Membership, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
Evaluate the risk and assess customer business activity, Swift Membership category identification as per the Swift Corporate Rules. Due diligence activities for existing customers.
Maintenance of the relevant internal procedures and SOP.
Collaborate with other operational colleagues and understand the impact of the legal change on the stakeholders.
What will make you successful:At least 2 years' experience in compliance/KYC/Due Diligence.
Bachelor's degree.
Detail-oriented.
Familiar with compliance, legal group structure, and due diligence processes.
Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environment.
Well versed with Anti Money Laundering regulations.
Good understanding of the legal aspects of mergers/acquisitions/re-structuring, understanding of legal change management, and familiar with the business activities of our customers.
Good analytical and communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
Continuous improvement and customer orientation mind-set is a must.
Stress resistance and ability to work independently.
