In this role, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging digital content across various social media platforms.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design and Social Media Artwork
Assist in Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various purposes, such as infographics, posters, banners, and other promotional materials that align with the renewable industry's branding and messaging.
Social Media Artwork: Design artwork for social media posts, including cover photos, profile pictures, post templates, and story highlights.
Ensure the artwork is optimized for different social media platforms (e.g., XHS, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual style and tone across all social media channels to strengthen brand identity.
Video Content Development
Content Creation for TikTok, Instagram, XHS, Reels, etc.
: Develop engaging and informative video content tailored to each platform's audience and format.
This includes short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and potentially other platforms like XHS (Xiaohongshu).
Storyboarding and Scripting: Collaborate with senior team members to create storyboards and scripts that convey key messages about renewable energy and/or energy efficiency topics, projects, or products.
You will also collaborate with the People and Culture department to work on the Company's employer branding.
Filming and Editing: Handle the entire video production process, including filming, editing, and post-production.
Use video editing software to enhance video quality, add graphics, animations, and ensure that content is engaging and professional.
Conceptualizing and Executing Ideas
Idea Conceptualization: Work closely with senior and executive team members to understand their vision and ideas.
Translate these ideas into actionable concepts for social media content.
Execution: Take conceptual ideas and turn them into real content by planning, producing, and publishing on relevant social media platforms.
Ensure that the final content aligns with the initial vision and meets the intended objectives.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as People & Culture, Business Development, and Engineering, to ensure that content is cohesive and supports broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Planning: Assist with scheduling posts, coordinating video releases, and updating graphics.
Others:Ad hoc projects when required by management.
JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Graphic Design / Multimedia or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role preferred.
Fresh graduates / interns with portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in reading and conversing in Mandarinwill be an advantage for Chinese content.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of both English and Chinese, necessary for creating digital content in Chinese.
Proficient in photo and video shooting, design, and editing using Adobe Illustrator & Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Canva, or other editing software.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and branding.
Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
Keen eye for design, paired with strong photography and videography skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and proactive in finding solutions and achieving company objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management skills with effective task prioritization.
