Job Description:
Junior Conveyancing AssociateNo minimum PQE is required.
Candidate is expected to have basic experience in sub-sale, developer's project works, loan, perfection of transfer/charge, transmission and tenancies.
Ability to handle non-contentious litigation work will be an added advantage.
Conveyancing AssociateA minimum of 3 years PQE is required.
Candidate is expected to have a firm knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing matters and is able to draft basic agreements.
Able to lead and supervise team members.
Ability to handle non-contentious litigation work will be an added advantage.
Conveyancing ClerkMinimum 2 years of working experience.
Able to handle conveyancing matters, in particular developer's project and loan works.
Qualifications and Requirements:
All candidates are expected to have a good command of English and Malay Language & good communication and research skills. Candidates are also expected to have basic IT knowledge to utilise legal management software.
