Junior Conveyancing Secretary

Job ResponsibilitiesTo assist lawyers in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to sale & purchase agreements, developers' projects, bank loan documentations, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, discharge of charge, deed of receipt & reassignment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate & reasonably good typing skills.
Knowledge in SpiderLaw legal software is an added advantage.
Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team.
Able to work on Saturday half day.
