Junior Costing Executive

Costing Executive To provide the general supervision of the overall sales administrative activities and documentation flow. To develop, implement and review for improvement where necessary the work quality system to ensure for efficiency control. To prepare for sales quotation which should include and identify clearly the incoterms and the mode of delivery, etc where applicable To prepare for cost control in anticipating for customers' periodic request for cost reduction which may happen every yearly. Preparing selling price revision and quote, such as quarter unit price, NPI pricing based on information & confirmation share by superior. To analyze & process forecast receive from customers and distribute it to internal PIC. Distribute Clear To Build (CTB) & delivery plan to PC and all internal concern PIC, and ensure all aspect is being followed including WIP balance, inventory level, material usage, etc. To monitor oversea VMI Hub activities and ensure proper coordinate with Field Application Engineer (FAE). Distribute material supply plan based on CTB to Purchasing Department and monitor the execution action. To ensure on customer Open PO quantity us sufficient as quoted LT. To get final customer confirmation on customer appointed CM demand, request, raise issue, which is related to commercial. Should it is regarding or relating to technical issue, must ensure such input to be directed to Sales Engineering PIC. As backup PIC to input P/O manually upon receive from customers, distribute forecast to PC and all internal concern PIC. To handle any relevant aspect of customers' inquiries and correspondences. Authority To accept or reject PC propose production plan. To revise delivery plan based on actual or special situation. To reject customer demand which is not following company set protocol or procedure. To demand PC provide necessary info & input
