Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Upload and manage product images, website content, and ensure timely updates and maintenance.
Develop and implement the e-commerce media strategy and manage content assets across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Track, analyze, and optimize all online marketing strategies in alignment with ongoing company campaigns.
Oversee day-to-day management of the online store, including ads management, updating SKUs, adjusting pricing, synchronizing sales orders, and managing store banners.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
Assist in creating marketing and operational plans.
Contribute to e-commerce business development, strategizing and handling all sales and marketing-related activities for online platforms.
Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring efficient order processing, packaging, and timely delivery to customers.
Promote online sales through various digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce marketplaces to ensure successful collaborations.
Job RequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.
Understanding of E-Commerce and Apps backend systems.
Sensitivity towards current trends and familiarity with the digital industry.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to explore every available opportunity or resource for development.
