Job Description
• To provide administrative assistance and support by performing accounting work that ensures smooth and efficient operations with compliance to accounting standards.
• To carry out monthly closing of accounts and prepare management reports.
• To perform reconciliations of general ledger.
• To facilitate in company budget management.
• To assist and support on tax compliance programs and exercises.
• To assist in yearly accounts audit, stock audit and prepare checklists and explanations of financial records.Requirements
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in any equivalent fields; a holder of accounting certificate such as membership in CAT, LCCI, ACCA or any other accounting institute will be an added advantage.
• Required skill(s) or knowledge:Language proficiency - Good command of English and Malay in both written and spoken.
Computer literacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software.Employer Questions
