Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
As part of MRC's support to the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (MPC) efforts to increase the acceptance of Malaysian rubber and rubber products in domestic and international markets, we are focusing on market promotion activities in the rubber sector from upstream to downstream.
Job Description:
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan, organize and attend local and international trade shows, missions, visits or business matching programs.
Assist in devising strategies and market feasibility studies for implementing effective international and domestic promotional programs.
Assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of online portals and digital systems under the Market Promotion unit.
Assist in writing and presenting reports and plans for the relevant Committees and stakeholders.
Handle enquiries, engaging and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.
Report regularly on activities and progress to the Management team.
Provide support in planning and execution of other initiatives and activities such as online business platform, producing promotional materials, etc.
Undertake any other tasks/projects as identified by the CEO, DCEO, Chief of the Division, Director and Deputy Director from time to time.
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferable.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
Others:
Strong organization and project management skills.
Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Committed, self-motivated and responsible with good working ethics.
