Junior Executive, Marketing Support (Mfd)

ResponsibilitiesEnsure dealer and customer's enquiries are attended in a timely manner and provide accurate information at all times.
Manage dealer's requests promptly to achieve a zero complaint rate from dealers.
Provide support services to Marketing Officers and branches on all kinds of enquiries.
Ensure submission is well managed with zero tolerance for breaches.
Manage and ensure no outstanding unprocessed cover notes exceeding 2 months.
Prepare quotations within the timeline.
Issue secure home cover notes for direct accounts.
Filter risk acceptance based on assigned USO authority.
Work within the turnaround time and ensure timelines are met.
Perform all activities within the guidelines of regulators and internal service level agreements, standards, procedures, and processes.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
RequirementsDegree or Diploma holder in any field.
Minimum one (1) year of working experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Good communication skills in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good team player, self-motivated, good in coordination, and continuously strives for improvement and enhancement.
