Junior Executive - Recep & Admin

Assist in both clerical and administrative support to the department and ensure smooth-running of businesses throughout the Company. Involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and responsible for specific projects and tasks.
Receptionists are the first contact that outsiders have with an office or company. First impressions matter, so it is important to be warm, welcoming, conscientious and adept at the key receptionist attributes of multitasking, phone skills, computer skills, organization and people skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Administrative job functions
Daily checking and report on office attendance.Monthly verification on expenses claims.Keep stock of office supplies.     Manage monthly stationery requisition, reconciliation and purchase.Office and chain utilities (Telephone, Internet, Electricity) updates and payment arrangement to avoid interruption.Monthly staff amenities purchase. Reception job functions
Front desk handling. Be warm, welcoming and conscientious.Responsible for answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate extensions.In charge of incoming and outgoing courier packages/mails and to ensure it is passed/handed to the correct person/department.Manning the reception area and cleanliness in the office.Assist in office automation maintenance and office upkeep. Work Expectation Proper attire and manners.Initiative to detect the problem and propose solutionsHigh sense of urgency and committed to the deadlinesHigh attention to small detailsWork independently with general supervisionCommunicate effectively both orally and in writingMaintain cooperative working relationships
