Junior Finance Executive (Grn)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Executive to assist in managing the Goods Received Note (GRN) process. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of received goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Goods Received Note Processing: Assist in the preparation and verification of Goods Received Notes to ensure accuracy in receiving documentation.Record and enter GRN data into the accounting system accurately and timely.Reconciliation: Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to reconcile GRNs with purchase orders and invoices.Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to received goods and payments.Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of GRNs and related documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.Support the team in implementing and improving documentation processes.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on GRN status, including outstanding items and discrepancies.Assist in generating financial reports related to inventory and purchasing activities.Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, procurement, and inventory management teams to ensure smooth operations.Provide support during audits and assist in preparing required documentation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Have a experience in F&B or Hotel Management is advantage.
