Junior Finance Executive

-Mainly responsible in preparing Booking and General Accounting: account payables, account receivables, general ledger functions and bank reconciliation.


-Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving andprocessing mail.


-To assists in audit and preparation of supporting schedules.


-To handle daily and monthly billing and any administrative matter.


-To provide assistance and administration support in monthly closing of month-end accounts, to create and maintain spreadsheet such as data entry, record keeping and filing.


-Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments


-Liaise with other departments on matter related to scope of work as and when required.


-Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management.

; Requirements:-


-Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification


-Experience Minimum 2 years experience in full set accounting or 3 years in a related field, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG or food industry


-Team player, good in communication, high sense of responsibilityand urgency with good interpersonal skills


-Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented, and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving


-Well-versed with QuickBooks, ERP Accounting Software System and Microsoft Excel
